James "Jimmy" Frederick Johnson

James (Jimmy) Frederick Johnson of Hastings - on - Hudson passed away on Monday, Novemebr 26, 2018 at Hackensack University Medical Center in his 70th year.  Jimmy was born in Yonkers, New York to the late William and Ann Johnson (nee Williams).  Jimmy was the beloved husband of Diane (nee Maddalena).  Cherished father of Michelle Topping (Justin), June Junjulas (Jason), James J. Johnson (Cari) and Carlene Fraleigh (Ryan).  He was also the loving grandfather of Gabrielle Topping, Isabella Topping, Jason Colombos, Kayla Gonzalez, Kali Colombos, Dries Preston N. Junjulas, Laila Colombos, Christian Fraleigh, Autumn Fraleigh and soon to be expected in March 2019 Valentina Grace Johnson.  Professionally, Jimmy was self-employed as a milk distributor in Westchester County.  He was also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Family and friends are invited to Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue Thornwood, New York 10594 on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 2:00 - 8:00 PM to celebrate Jimmy's life.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Church 740 North Broadway, Yonkers, New York 10701 on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM.  Interment with his loving parents William, Ann and brother Ralph will follow in their family plot at Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings - on - Hudson, New York.  To commemorate Jimmy's service to his country The United States Army Honor Guard will be present to provide military honors.
