Rose Crecco

Rose Crecco of Valhalla and formally of Yonkers passed away surrounded by her loving family in Valhalla on Saturday, October 12, 2019.  She was born in Italy on December 29, 1935 to proud parents Armando and Eleonora Crecco. She was the beloved wife of the late Ronnie Crecco whom she married on September 4, 1955 and had three beautiful children, Anthony Crecco, Joanne Ricciardella (Teo) and Teresa Franzoni (Enzo).  She was the cherished grandmother of Larissa, Ronnie, and Declan Crecco, Teddy Ricciardella (Rita), Roberto and Daniele Ricciardella, Manuela and Rosa Franzoni.  She was also blessed to be the great grandmother of Mariella.  Her life's devotion was her family.  She found the greatest joy in giving to her family through gifts, her cooking and most of all her unconditional love.  

Family and friends are invited to Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue Thornwood, New York 10594 on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM to celebrate Roses life.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Rose on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 9:30 AM at Holy Innocent's Church in Pleasantville.  Entombment with her beloved Ronnie who predeceased her on March 29, 2019 will follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, New York.
