Angela DeDonato

Angela DeDonato passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025.

Born and raised in the Bronx, NY. Angela was the heart and soul of her family — known for her warmth, strength, and deep love for those around her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a natural ability to bring light and laughter into any room. Her presence was comforting, her laugh contagious, and her love unwavering.

Angela is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph DeDonato; her loving children Carmine W. DeDonato, Angela Ferullo, Jennifer DeDonato Coumoutsos, and Francine DiNapoli; and her cherished sons-in-law, George Coumoutsos and Stephen DiNapoli. She was the proud grandmother of Amanda, Stephen, Nicholas, Olivia, and Bellamy; and grandmother-in-law of Edward. She was also the adoring great-grandmother of Elliana Grace.

Angela’s legacy of love, kindness, and joyful spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Family and friends are invited to Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue - Thornwood, New York 10594 on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM for visitation.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Angela at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM.  Angela will be laid to rest in her family crypt at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne following the funeral mass.
