Dominick Sorrentino Esq.

Dominick Sorrentino Esq. of Valhalla passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 in his 101st year.  He was the beloved husband of the late Anna whom he married in 1955, she predeceased him on August 30, 2012.  That marriage would produce three wonderful and loving children:  Frances Sorrentino, Elvira Thomas (Joseph Thomas) and John Sorrentino (Maria).  He was the loving grandfather of Julia, Sam, Marisa, Dominick, Gabriella and Caleb.  He was blessed to have also been the cherished great grandfather of Carmelo, Francesca, Penelope and Luca.  He was also a beloved uncle and friend to many, who will also miss him dearly.  Professionally, Dominick was a well-respected and loved attorney, having graduated from law school in 1955, he has practiced his cherished profession for 70 years.  Throughout the course of his career, he has changed countless lives for the better.  

A private, family only visitation will be held at Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue - Thornwood, New York 10594.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Dominick at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  Dominick will be laid to rest with his beloved wife Anna (nee Licata, d. August 30, 2012) in their family plot at Gate of Heaven Cemetery following the funeral mass.
