Elaine Lois Ruegger of St. Johns, Florida passed away peacefully in her 80th year on March 22, 2023.
Funeral services for Elaine will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM at The Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, New York. Elaine will be laid to rest in her family plot alongside her beloved husband Walter William Ruegger (deceased: May 28, 2016) at The Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla.
