Evagueni Vystoropsky passed away in the Bronx, New York on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in his 77th year. He was born in Russia on September 3, 1941 to Alexander and Anna Vystoropsky. He is survived by his loving and dedicated son Dmitri.
