Obituary
Jennie G. Porpiglia (née) Albino, 92 of Spring Hill, FL passed away August 28, 2023. Born at home at St. Marks Place in Brooklyn, NY. She came to the area in February of 2022 from Middletown, NY after she retired as an Administrative Assistant from AIG Insurance Company. Jennie attended St. Theresa Catholic Church and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She raised a beautiful loving family that she loved dearly. She also enjoyed playing slots at the casino, her senior club bingo and so much more. Her travels also brought her to many places around the world. Jennie will be missed greatly by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Anthony Porpiglia; parents, Emanuella & Anthony Albino; brother, Joseph Albino; 2 sisters, Frances Lemmo and Dolores Pagano. Survivors include her daughter, Liza Ann Porpiglia; 2 sons, Vincent Joseph Porpiglia and Richard Anthony Porpiglia; 7 grandchildren including her special grandchild, Sofia; and 1 great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
Jennie will be laid to rest in her family plot at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, New York on (date and time to be announced).
