Mary (Maureen) (Donegan) O'Malley

Mary (Maureen) O'Malley (nee Donegan) passed away in her 98th year at her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, February 13, 2026.  Mary was born to proud and loving parents Pat and Margaret Donegan (nee Lavelle) in Co. Sligo, Ireland.  Mary was the proud mother of five wonderful sons: Bill, Michael, Thomas, John and Peter.  She is survived by 12 cherished grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  She was a devout Catholic that lived a fulfilling and caring life.  She was cherished by all to the young age of 98.

Family and friends are invited to Schuyler Hill Funeral Home 3535 E. Tremont Avenue - Bronx, New York 10465 on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM for visitation.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Mary at Our Lady of the Assumption Church on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 9:30 AM.  Mary will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband in their family plot at St. Raymond's Cemetery following the funeral mass.
