Rita Irene (Hubrich) Brilla

Rita Irene (Hubrich) Brilla, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, born October 4,1930 passed away on October 12, 2023. She was 93 years old residing in Albany, NY. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY and then resided in Yonkers, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack, brother, Fred, and sister, Geraldine. She married Jack Brilla in 1949 and they shared a beautiful marriage of 44 years and had four children. She is survived by their four children, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Rita was a woman of great faith and selflessly devoted to her family. We are truly blessed to have had such a loving mother who created a great foundation for her loved ones.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Rita at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM.  Rita will be laid to rest in her family plot alongside her beloved husband Jack at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
