Rose Racano (nee LoCicero) of Southgate, MI passed away in her 86th year on Saturday, December 28, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Dominick Racano. Loving mother of Mariann (Robert) Sardoni, Eleanor (Harry) Montgomery, Anthony (Jennifer) Racano, Dominick Racano Jr and the late Frank Racano. Dearest grandmother of Anthony Jr., Tyler, Robert Jr., Frank, Dylan, Ariana, Derek, Joseph, Dominique and Giancarlo. Great grandmother of Luca. Dear sister of Anthony (Pam) LoCicero and Marie Theresa (Frank) Vacca. Also survived many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Southgate, Michigan services:
Visitation, Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Molnar Funeral Homes - Southgate Chapel, a rosary will be held at 5:30 PM on Thursday. A Mass of Chistian Burial will be celebrated for Rose at St. Pius X Catholic Church - Southgate on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Family and friends are invited to Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue - Thornwood, New York 10594 on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM for visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Rose at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Rose will be laid to rest in her family crypt alongside her beloved husband Dominick who predeceased her in 2009 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne following the funeral mass.
