Salvatore Bellissimo

Salvatore Bellissimo of Mount Kisco passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 in his 85th year.  He was born in the Bronx, New York to Serafino and Antoinette Bellissimo (nee Siciliano) on August 8, 1934.  He was the beloved husband of Jeanne (nee Massi).  Salvatore was the devoted father of Philip and his wife Jacqueline, Lisa Scarano and her husband Mark and James and his wife Susan.  Sal was the cherished grandfather of Courtney, Kylie, Elena, Leigh, Sophia and Leo.  Loving brother of Emile Bellissimo and his wife Grace.  Salvatore was also a beloved uncle and friend to many.  Professionally, Salvatore was the founder of The Fence Factory in Stamford, Connecticut and was a proud United States Army veteran.  

Private family funeral services will be held at Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue Thornwood, New York 10594 on Sunday, May 24, 2020, Mr. Bellissimo will be laid to rest at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, New York.  To commemorate Sal's service to his country, the United States Army Honor Guard will be present to perform military honors.
