Stephanie Marie Vanzo

God’s precious angel Stephanie Vanzo, beloved daughter of Victor & Francine Vanzo went to be with our Lord on Friday, December 24,2021. STEPHANIE was full of laughter throughout her entire 31 years bringing joy and happiness to everyone she touched. A bright and shining light that changed the lives of many, for she was beautiful inside and out. Born on October 4, 1990 STEPHANIE graduated Manhattan College with a bachelors degree in environmental biology. Stephanie was a fighter who loved life.  She cared for people and was always willing to help anyone in need.  STEPHANIE will forever be loved  and remembered by her devoted parents Victor & Francine, her soulmate and love of her life Mir,  her beloved niece Olivia together with her Mom Tahesia, all her many loving Aunts, Uncles and cherished cousins and all her forever friends.  Stephanie is welcomed now and embraced by her adoring sister Danielle her loving brother Christopher and her doting & caring grandparents in heaven.

Love is something eternal; the aspect may change, but not the essence. One day we will meet again, but only when the time is right. When you step out of the darkness, I will be standing there in the light. 

Family and friends are invited to Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue Thornwood, New York 10594 Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 2:00 - 6:00 PM for visitation.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Stephanie at Annunciation Church in Crestwood on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:30 AM.  Stephanie will be laid to rest in her family plot at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Hastings-on-Hudson following the funeral mass.
