Valerie Summer Krug

Valerie Summer Krug was born on June 16th, 2023 to Marissa and Daniel Krug. Valerie is survived by her loving Mother, Father, Grandparents (RoseAnn, Mable, and Perry), Aunt Katie, Aunt Linda, Uncle John, Uncle Chris, Uncle Kyle, and a countless number of family and friends. Valerie spent a short time on Earth surrounded by unconditional love. Valerie loved being outside with nature, exploring the sights and sounds of New York City, playing with her favorite dolls (Lucy and Elmo), swimming, watching Ms. Rachel, listening to spa music, and spending time with family and friends. Valerie had a tenacity for life and strived to move, play, and learn to experience all that life had to offer. Valerie’s personality was magnetic and everyone that interacted with Valerie instantly fell under her charm. Valerie left this Earth too soon, and we will always remember her beauty and wonder for life. Valerie will be missed more than words may express.

Valerie S. Krug (2) passed away on October 24th, 2025 and will be laid to rest at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, New York.

Family and friends are invited to Pleasant Manor Funeral Home, Inc. 575 Columbus Avenue - Thornwood, New York 10594 on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM for visitation.  Valerie will be laid to rest in her family plot at The Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM, all are welcome to attend and we ask that if you will be attending to please gather at the main office of Kensico Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
